To much grease in my CVT housing

    VFJ posted about this on another site. Mine is the same way. Took about 2 hours with denatured alcohol, 3 shirts and a few beers to clean this out. I have never seen grease in my CVT like this before. This stuff was BAKED ON.

    I didn't open my clutch until I hit 1,900 miles. The inside of my clutch cover looked identical to yours. I didn't noticed much grease, but mine is a 2012. I think I read that too much grease was a 2014 model issue.

    Yeah mine was covered in belt dust at around 2000 miles. Nasty stuff.
