There hasn't been a lot of discussion about the skids James makes for the T2 and T4. I have them on my ride and installed them on my father's T2. These are really nice skids, so if anyone is thinking about a set, make sure you check with JBS. His prices are way below Factory UTV and Ricochet. Very impressed with the quality and fitment.

First pic is with the factory skids removed, but noticed the circled area. This area is completely exposed from the factory. While more rare than a busted front floorboard, this area has been known to break as well. JBS takes care of that area.

A couple more pics of the skid plates. Here they are installed on a 2014 T2. Also notice the JBS radiator guards in the second picture.

Wow I had no idea your wife was injured. Tony and I both have had sticks come through ours. He was driving his, I was letting a buddy who flew in to Louisville for a birthday party at Tony's drive mine. Very lucky. I hope your wife is OK.

She wasn't injured but came within a gnat's eyelash of being injured. Luckily no one that I know of has been seriously injured by this yet. But I'm sure it is just a matter of time.

Wow, I'm glad she didn't get hurt! It's definitely reassuring to have that armor in front of you. These floor protectors are as much about safety as they are structural integrity.
